If anything in the engine could benefit from Mobil 1, rod bearing would be it. Drat.

I decided to tempt the devil and remove the rod bearing caps that I could reach. If anything in the engine could have benefitted from Mobil1, this is it. The top halves of the bearings are just starting to show copper. Dang - another $100.
